Sea urchins?
Saw quite a few sea urchins in Ag Nick harbour, but none of the tavernas advertised serving them.
These are quite a big delicacy in other parts of Greece and I wondered if anybody knows if they are ever served in the Stoupa area?

As I know you eat them uncooked and freshly taken out of the sea as they don't keep fresh for long...

Very true, but often tavernas by the sea serve them in this way!
