Now you are talking Somerset Steve, I can just imagine myself going to the fridge, now where is that bottle of Old Rascal, ha! there it is, I take it out and carefully wipe the condensation from the bottle I take the bottle opener out of the draw and apply it to the cap, there is that hiss as the cap comes off and a slight trickle of the amber nectar runs down the neck of the bottle , I tilt my glass and carefully pour a sparkling golden stream an effervescent cascade, I savour the bouquet and now for a sip, no, not a sip a deep draught and its gone only a pleasant memory remains……..
